Hi everyone,
Welcome back to my week 1 blog post about my fitness circuit. So we had to make a fitness circuit to put onto our timetable for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will now show you my fitness circuit.
Have you ever had to make a fitness circuit like this before?
Do you like you would like to use my circuit one day?
I was a pupil at St Francis of Assisi School and this blog is where I shared my learning. This blog has been archived, no further content will be uploaded or added. You are welcome to continue viewing posts, however commenting has been disabled.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post

ReplyDeleteI think the fitness circuit you have shared was easy to understand because of the layout you used. I also enjoyed the pictures you put in for every time you needed to run.
Yes I have had to make a fitness circuit before when I was training as part of a squad for Netball Mainland. They used to pay someone to create a circuit with us that we would do about 4 times a week. This really helped me to get better at playing netball! I hope you find this circuit helps you to be more fit when you play hockey.
I was wondering if you have tested your fitness circuit?
