Whiz past me with great ease 

The pretty flowers sit and stare they surrond me everywere 

The worms that wiggle and the bugs that crawl 

God created all big and small

Pbl Learning 2018

This year in PBL the driving question we have been asking is: How can I use my hands heart and head to create a healthier me. We learned about Mindfulness, Pysical Activity, Brain Science and Nutrion. This was really fun going to the different teachers and learning about diferent things.

Then we got to pick one we wanted to learn more about and what questions you were still wondering about. I chose Nutrion , I chose Nutrion because I have lots of questions to ask about Nutrion. What one would you like to learn about?. Thanks for reading and I will be posting again soon.

Athletics

Athletics

Last Wednesday we had school Athletics and it was really fun. 

The events were sprints, long distance, long jump, shotput, discus and high jump. 
The first thing our group did ( 9 year old girls ) were sprints, then long distance, high jump and then discus. Then we went to the blue tent and played some fun games like duck duck goose and murder mystery which was fun. Then we went to long Jump and got our feet sandy. Then last but not least, was shotput. I came second in shotput but I can't go to zones because I'm two young ):

Play,eat,learn

Play, Eat, Learn,

Some positive thing's about the eat, play, learn is we get to eat inside and we get to read a story sometimes. Some bad things about it is we get less play time and eating time. Which time table did you prefer I preferred the old time table thanks so much for reading and I will see you next time.

Team building

Hi and welcome to another one of of my posts. Today I will be talking to you about what we have been doing this week called team building. Team building is about working together as a team and doing 4 different activities with 4 different teachers. With Miss Kearsley we were put into teams of five and were sent of to make a stretcher with lots of news paper a metre of string and a metre of tape. Then after about 30 minutes Miss Kearsley said to go outside and we had to balance a bag of books and a cup of water on top of our stretchers thankfully no one's stretcher broke.   

 The second one was with Miss Dungey. We had one sheet of paper and about a metre of tape. We were put into groups of five and you had to make a big long chain. Whoever had the longest chain won but there was no prize you just got to have the victory of winning. 

The third challenge was with Mrs Roach. We had to stack cups into a pyramid without using our hands. You might be wondering how do you stack cups without using your hands well you are given a rubber band with pieces of string on it. 

Then last but not least is Miss Brittenden. Her task was to make the tallest tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows. It was hard because our mouths were watering. Whoever had the tallest tower won. You had to work in a team and try your hardest. It was quite hard because it kept falling down. Have you done team building if you have what one's have you done? . # The life of a unicorn

This is my story that I have been writing during silent writing time. I chose this story because I have been doing this story for quite a long time. I hope you enjoy my story. Please note, there might be a couple of mistakes as it is a draft copy.

#The life of a unicorn

In 2017 there was a unicorn born called sparkles. 22 YEARS LATER. Sparkles was now 22 she had a job she was a doctor but we have to get to the story now so here we go. 7.30am Sparkles got up and had a shower and then ate her rainbow candy corn cereal and then went and brushed her beautiful white clean teeth and then got her  unicorn brush to brush her beautiful rainbow mane then she went and got changed into her doctors uniform.

She put on her makeup put on her shoes got her nice rainbow handbag and got in the car and went to work . 3.00pm she had her lunch it was a fairy bread sandwich and a sprinkle cookie and a slice of rainbow cake then she went back to work she fixed some patients up and then is was then hopped into bed and read her book about monarch butterflies. 8.30pm. Sparkles was very tired from a busy day's work so she went to sleep.

9.00am Sparkles woke up and went and had a shower then had her breakfast and went see her friend because it was THE WEEKEND sparkles loves the weekend she got in her car and went to see her friend called Crystal they were going to go to the beach because it was a sunny day. That's why Sparkles was had her bathing suit underneath her clothes she had her beach bag in the back seat of her car inside there was her sunscreen, sunglasses,sunhat and her beach towel

On the way she stopped at the two dollar shop and bought a deflated beach ball and a pump so her and Crystal could play with it at the beach. 2 MINUTES LATER Sparkles was at the beach with Crystal playing with the beach ball in the water but then Crystal threw the beach ball too far and it got stranded out in the sea Crystal said sorry too Sparkles and sparkles said “it`s ok it was only two dollars” So they went and put on some sun screen they lay out their towels and sun bathed it was getting late so Sparkles and Crystal packed up and went back to Sparkles house crystal stayed the night they watched a movie called the minions 2 and they also had a midnight feast with lollies and chips and had some dinner which was fish and chips with tomato sauce But then they got very tired so they went to bed. 10.00am They got up and had a shower then Crystal went home. The end .

My family treasure

My treasure is a ring which was my Nana's engagement ring. When she died she passed it down to my mum then when my mum dies she will pass it down to my sister Kaitlin because she is the oldest then she will pass it down to her oldest child. What is your family treasure?
