Hi, This week for my maths task we did shapes and we had to pick out of a bunch of tasks and do two, there was one task that was a must do and another one that was a can do.

Hi welcome back to my blog post for this week.

This week for my reading task, we had the goal visualise using all of the senses, and talk about how this enriches meaning.

Then we had to read small lines of a book and we had to write what we visualise in our mind and draw what we think it looks like, I didn't have very much time so I had to make it quick and it wasn't my best quality task.

Hi, This week for my writing task we had too watch a couple videos and then we had to write a story, I chose to use pobble 365 to help me get an idea to write about. Once I had gotten my idea to write about I starting writing. Down below is a little bit of my story that I wrote, the title is " The Redo "

Reading Task W8

Hey, This week for my reading task we had to do three reading task called " Kaupeka Reading Challenge Tasks ". We had to pick three tasks at the minimum and we read to read three books also and we had to do them, you could do more if you wanted too. I chose to do three and I did a book review, test questions and A - Z list. I read the books, Finding Nemo ( Adventure and Fiction ), The titanic ( Disaster and Non Fiction ) and Florence and Leon ( Fiction )

Maths Task

Hey, This week for my maths task we learnt a new strategy called Doubling and Halving. Once we had learned the strategy and gotten good at it we got given questions to answer using the strategy. I created a google drawing to show my answering of the questions we were given. Once we had finished the questions we showed the teacher and got goals checked of.

Reading Task

Hey, This week for my reading task we had to find senses in the text. 

We had to read one out of three stories and we had to find sentences and say what senses they showed and then we had to get one of the sentences and create a drawing on it and explain and show what you think that sentence looks like is drawing or picture. I chose to create a drawing on the sentence " The engine gave a wine " I think that this is in a picture a engine breaking down or smoke coming out of it not working.
